Maple roasted vegetables

Ingredients

2 lbs Vegetables

1/8 tsp nutmeg

1/8 tsp ginger

3 tbsp maple syrup


Directions

Can use different types of vegetables or a mixture of Brussels sprouts, Cauliflower, Butternut Squash, etc. Season vegetables if desired. Roast vegetables at 425 for 20-30 minutes. Mix in maple syrup and continue baking for another 10 minutes. Add more syrup and seasoning if desired. Can top with nuts, if desired.
