Ingredients

Garlic salt

3 tablespoons Soy sauce

3 tablespoons Olive oil

3 cloves Garlic minced

2 tablespoon Honey

2 tablespoon Wine vinegar

1/4 teaspoon Ginger

Meat tenderizer

Directions

Sprinkle meat tenderizer and garlic salt on meat, fork to death on both sides. Pour marinade on meat, let set overnight, turn frequently.
