Marinated Bean and Ham Salad

Ingredients

4 c Cooked Idaho Beans

1/2 ts Garlic powder

Green pepper rings

1 1/2 ts Sugar

3/4 c Diced green pepper

1/2 c Wine vinegar

3/4 ts Salt

2 tb Chopped parsley

Black Pepper freshly ground

Tomato wedges

1 1/2 c Slivered ham

2/3 c Vegetable oil


Directions

Toss beans with green pepper, celery, onion and parsley. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Pour over beans; toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Add ham at serving time. Garnish with tomato wedges and green pepper rings, if desired. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
