Yes, it's a great marinade. We used a London Broil, also and found it to be very moist and flavorful, used sgrishkas Idea about the garlic. Thank you for the recipe!

A great marinade that produced delicious, flavorful meat. We used a nice London Broil that was about 1 1/4 inches thick. We marinated the steak overnight (about 16 hours) but instead of using a glass baking dish, we marinated it in a heavy-duty sealable plastic bag. Before broiling, we brought the steak to room temperature (took about 1 hour), removed steak from marinade, patted it dry with paper towels, and then seasoned it generously with salt and black pepper to taste. We used an oven safe instant read thermometer, inserted into the side of the steak, to judge doneness. In our broiler it took 5 minutes broiling per side for medium-rare. After broiling, we transferred the steak to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes before carving. Next time we will add some crushed garlic to the marinade, just because we love it.
