Ingredients

1 ts Salt

On Humidity, Etc.

1/2 c Masa harina

2 1/2 c Bread flour

1 pk Yeast

1 tb Vegetable oil

1 3/8 c Warm Water; Very Warm,

1 tb Sugar

2 tb Nonfat dry milk powder


Directions

This goes especially well with chili. For variety, try adding 1 or 2 teaspoons of cumin and/or chili powder.
