Ingredients

1 whole Egg room temperature

1 cup Avocado Oil or extra light olive oil

1 teaspoons Lemon Juice or lime juice

2 teaspoons White wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, etc.

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard or brown mustard, etc.

1/2 teaspoon Salt Sea salt, Himalayan pink salt, etc.

1/2 teaspoon White pepper optional


Directions

Add all ingredients to tall stick blender mixing container, being careful not to break the egg yolk. Place stick blender into container, tilting slightly to allow air to escape, and placed over the egg yolk. Start blending and slowly raise & tilt stick blender to incorporate all ingredients into a mayonnaise emulsion.
