Directions

Brown beef and add next 7 ingredients. Mix together and cook for a few minutes. Meanwhile boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and fill pot with cold water to hold noodles. In a separate bowl mix together eggs, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Spread a small amount of meat mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan so noodles won't stick. Arrange 3 lasagna noodles on top of sauce. Spread 1/3 of meat mixture, followed by 1/3 of cottage cheese mixture. Sprinkle 1/3 of mozzarella cheese on top. Repeat with two more layers. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or 45 minutes if lasagna has been refrigerated. Let stand for 5-10 minutes for easier serving.
