Ingredients

500 grams Ground beef (or turkey) (1 pkg)

1 Onion minced

2-4 Garlic cloves minced

1 Egg white

1 Carrot grated

1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

1 tbsp Ketchup

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp Chili powder

1/4 tsp Ground cumin

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Salt and pepper to taste

pinch Parsley

1/3 cup Breadcrumbs Optional. Can be gluten-free.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Shape into 20-30 meatballs (depending on size). Places on greased baking pan (with sides) in 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
