Mini-Meat Loaves Parmigiana

3 tablespoons finely grated

3 tablespoons chopped

2 tablespoons grated

1 lg. beaten

1/4 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

1/2 cup shredded


Directions

For meatloaf: Mix beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion, parsley, parmesan, beaten egg and salt in large bowl. Shape into 4 patties. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook until browned, 5-6 minutes per side. Pour sauce around patties, bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, spooning sauce occasionally over patties, until instant-read thermometer inserted into center of each patty registers 160 degrees, 10-15 minutes. Top meat loaves evenly with mozzarella. Cover and cook until cheese melts, about 30 seconds. 8 WW Points Plus Value per serving
