Mocha Toffee Chip Muffins

Rich coffee flavored muffins, loaded with Heath Toffee Bits and Mini Chocolate Chips

Ingredients

3 cups All purpose flour

1/4 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Brown sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons Baking soda

1 teaspoon Baking powder

1/2 teaspoon Salt

2 teaspoons Espresso Powder

3 large Eggs

1 cup Sour cream

1/4 cup Strong Black Coffee

1/4 cup Heavy cream

1/2 cup Half-and-half cream

1/2 cup Canola Oil

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract pure

1 bag Heath Toffee Bits

1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips


Directions

1. In a large bowl combine dry ingredients and whisk together. 2. In another bowl, combine liquids, oil, eggs, sour cream and vanilla, whisking to combine well. 3. Stir liquid ingredients into dry, stirring just until moistened. Fold in toffee bits and chocolate chips. 4. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups. Bake at 425 for 10 min, reduce oven temperature to 350 and bake for an additional 5 - 10 minutes or until tester comes out clean. 5. Cool for 5 minutes in pan, then remove to wire rack and cool completely.
