Ingredients

1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 can tangerines (or Mandarin oranges)

1 small can pineapple chunks, drained well

1/4 cup fresh blueberries

1 medium apple

2 tablespoons shredded coconut

2 tablespoons walnuts

1 medium banana (add last)


Directions

other fruit: peaches cantaloupe
