Ingredients

200g SR Flour

100g Margarine

200g Caster Sugar

1 Large Egg Beaten

2 tblsp Milk

200g Mixed Fruit


Directions

Firstly, get a large mixing bowl and rub together the flour and margarine untill they reach a bread crumb like consistency.Next,add the sugar, mixed fruit and a pinch of cinnamon if prefferred. Combine the egg and milk to the dry ingredients untill formed. Lastly divide the mixture in to eight equal pats and cook on a baking tray at 200(degrees Celsius) for 12 minuets.(note) make sure mixture is not too wet.Then enjoy.
