Ingredients

3 cups Rolled oats

1/2 Cup Oat bran

1/2 Cup Wheat bran

1/3 Cup Slivered almonds Roasted

1/3 Cup Sunflower seeds

1/3 Cup Thompson raisins

1/3 Cup Dried cranberries

1/2 Cup Wheat germ Optional


Directions

Spread almond slivers on a small baking pan and toast in oven until browned. Add sunflower seeds and reserve. Spread rolled oats, oat bran and wheat bran baking sheet; ale in a 350° oven for five minutes. Shake pan or stir and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes. Combine oat mixture, almonds, sunflower seeds together with raisins and dried cranberries. Store in an airtight container for up to six months Serve with honey and milk.
