Baked flatbread with garlic - non-gluten

Ingredients

2 tsp Baking Soda

2 whole Eggs beaten

2 tbsp Olive Oil

3 c Bob's NG Bread Mix

1 c Quinoa Flakes

2 whole garlic minced

2 c milk

1 tsp cream of tartar


Directions

Preheat oven to 400F. Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Whisk milk, eggs, oil, and garlic together. Add wet to dry ingredients and whisk until batter is smooth. Lightly oil bun pan. Spoon large tablespoon of batter into each bun cup. Wet fingers and spread batter out thinly until the bottom of each bun cup is covered. Spray tops of each bread with cooking spray. Bake for 8 minutes. Place under broiler to brown before serving.
