Nadine's Chocolate Eclair

Ingredients

2 pkgs French Vanilla instant pudding small boxes

3 cup Milk

1 12oz Cool Whip tub

1 box Graham crackers

1/3 cup milk

1/2 cup cocoa

1 cup sugar

1/4 tsp salt


Directions

Boil frosting ingredients for 1 min. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla. Let cool to room temperature. Prepare pudding as directed on box using 3 cup milk for 2 boxes of pudding. Fold in defrosted Cool whip. Spread 1/2 cup chocolate frosting on bottom of 13x9 pan. Put one layer of graham crackers. Put one half of pudding mixture on top of graham crackers. Put one layer of graham crackers atop pudding. Put remaining pudding mixture on top of graham crackers. Put single layer of graham crackers atop pudding. Cover with chocolate frosting. Best to chill for several hours before serving.
