Ingredients

4 ounce Almonds Roasted

4 ounce Walnuts Roasted

4 ounce Macademia nuts Roasted

8 ounce Chick Peas Roasted (Chana)

1 pound Chestnut Flower Roasted

2 tablespoons Turmeric

6 tablespoons Fennel Seeds Roasted


Directions

1) Dry roast almonds, walnuts, and macadamia nuts. 2) Dry roast Chestnut flour. 3) Add turmeric to flour when it is almost done and roast together for a few minutes. 4) Grind Almonds, Walnuts, and Macadamia nuts, along with Fennel seeds. 5) Add the chestnut flour and turmeric and grind together.
