Next Best Thing to Robert Redford Pie

My all time favorite dessert!!

Ingredients

1 cup All purpose flour unsifted

1/4 cup Butter softend

1 cup Pecans finely chopped

1 8 oz pkg Cream cheese softened

1 cup Granulated sugar

1 9 oz tub Cool Whip

1 6 3/4 oz Box of Instant Vanilla pudding

1 6 3/4 oz Box of Instant Chocolate pudding

3 cups Cold Milk


Directions

Bottom Layer: Mix together flour, butter and pecans. Press into a 9x13 greased baking dish. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Let cool. Middle Layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar, fold in half of cool whip. Spread over bottom layer. Top Layer: Beat pudding and milk together for 2 minutes. Spread over middle layer. Spread with remaining cool whip and top with chopped pecans.

I think this is a great and easy dessert that can be made sugar free will be making again.

You are not telling people that the puddings should be layered also, each made with 1/2 the milk.

Crust was a little too hard when cooked at 20 minutes but otherwise a very good dessert. I'll make again and try baking the crust for 15 minutes instead of 20.
