Ingredients

1 cup Rolled Oats

2 cups Water

2 teaspoons Ground cinnamon

1 medium Bananas

1/2 cup Prunes Chopped

1/4 Cup Goji berries

1/4 cup Raisins Golden or mixed

2 tablespoons Chia seeds

2 tablespoons Blackstrap molasses

2 teaspoons Maple syrup

1 Scoop Baby formula


Directions

Add water, oats & cinnamon to a pot and bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and add remaining ingredients while oatmeal simmers. Keep simmering and stirring for another 10-15 minutes until done.
