Ingredients

1 1/2 teaspoon Chili powder

1 teaspoon Cumin

1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

1 small Onion finely chopped

1 green bell pepper diced

1 clove Garlicf finely minced

1 pound lean ground beef

3 tablespoon Tomato paste

1 cup Diced tomatoes

8 ounces low sodium beef broth

1 tablespoon Olive oil

1/2 cup Black beans drained


Directions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, green bell pepper, garlic, black pepper, chili powder and cumin. Sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Stir in the tomato paste, beef broth, diced tomatoes and black beans. Bring to boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
