Oven Baked Carmel Corn

Ingredients

6 quarts Popcorn

1 cup Nuts (optional)

1 cup Butter

2 cups Brown Sugar

1/2 cup Corn Syrup

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 teaspoon Butter Flavoring


Directions

Boil for 5 minutes butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Stir in baking soda and flavoring (this makes the syrup foamy when you stir). Pour syrup over popcorn and mix well. Spread on buttered cookie sheet (with sides) and bake in 200 degree oven for one hour stirring every 15 minutes.
