Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 1 hour Time: 1 hour, 10 minutes Yield: 1 loaf of bread INGREDIENTS •  3 cups almond flour •  1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons olive oil (or cocoTotalnut oil) •  1/4 cup almond milk (or water) •  3 eggs •  2 teaspoons baking powder •  1 teaspoon baking soda •  1/4 teaspoon salt INSTRUCTIONS 1.  Preheat oven to 300F. 2.  Grease a loaf pan (9in by 5in) (with olive oil or coconut oil). 3.  Mix together all the ingredients. 4.  Pour the batter into the pan and spread so that it fills the pan  evenly. 5.  Bake for 60 minutes. 6.  Let cool, flip pan, and cut into slices with a bread knife.
