Ingredients

2 cloves garlic -

2 tbl Olive Oil -

8 oz Tomato sauce -

1 cup water -

16 oz cannellini beans -

1/2 lb pasta (ie macaroni

Fresh parsley chopped

Parmesan cheese


Directions

Fry garlic in oil until golden brown. Add water and tomato sauce. Cook 10 min. Add beans, stir gently. Cook on simmer. Cook pasta al dente and add to bean mixture. If too thick, add water. Serve topped with grated cheese.
