Peach Tofu Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened Soy or Rice milk

1/3 package Silken Tofu

1 Can Fruit Juice and all

1/3 Cup Water


Directions

Place all ingredients in mixer and blend. Original recipe called for 3-5 ice cubes but since I was making this ahead, I replaced the cubes with the juice water mix.
