Peking Stir Fried Beef

1 lb trimmed and cut into thin strips

3/4 lb cut into 1 inch pieces

1/2 cut into thin strips

1/2 lb ends trimmed


Directions

In a large bowl combine sherry, sesame oil, gingery, and garlic. Add steak strips and let marinate 15 min. Heat a wok over medium high heat and add olive oil. Stir-fry asparagus and bell pepper for 2 min then remove to a platter. Add steak and marinade to wok and stir-fry for 3 min. Add teriyaki sauce and cook for 1 min. Return asparagus/pepper mixture to wok and cook for 1 min, stirring constantly. Toss in green beans, cover wok, and cook for 1 min. Serve immediately.
