Phils "Quick Fix" Gravy

Ingredients

2 Beef OXO bouillon cubes

2 tb Flour

1/2 ts Salt

2 c Hot water

1 ts Coarse ground black pepper

2 tb Butter


Directions

Dissolve cubes in water. Melt butter in frying pan. Add all ingredients into frying pan and cook, stirring when you feel the urge. Cook until thickened (usually pre-boil). Mine usually comes out hot and lumpy (just like Mom used to make). It really works! I use a can (2 cups) of vegetable broth and margarine to make a vegan version. Really easy to make and add other seasonings to.
