Pico de Gallo

A very chunky, no-cook Mexican topping that is similar to salsa

Ingredients

4 Roma Tomatoes

1 small White Onion

1/2 bunch Fresh Cilantro

1 tablespoon chopped green chillies

1 tablespoon lime juice


Directions

Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, and cilantro. Combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour. Taste and adjust salt and sugar (the sugar is there to kill any excess acidity, don't overdo it).
