Ingredients

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup oil

1/4 cup milk


Directions

Mix together flour, salt and oil with pastry blender until crumbled and size of peas. Add 1/4 cup milk stir with fork until blended. Take half of dough and roll between waxed paper. Pull up one side, place lightly over pie dough, turn over, pull up other side. Put in pie plate. Add filling and repeat rolling of other half of dough. Or make two pastry shells. Pastry shells - 425 degrees - 10 mins until brown. Filled pie.
