Combine in a large bowl your drained crushed pineapple and the bag of marshmallows (the marshmallows will melt some).
Mix together well and let set.
Cut the cherries in half and drain on a paper towel.
Soften the packages of cream cheese in a large bowl and gradually all the cool whip.
Add the cherries to the pineapple / marshmallow mix.
Then add the cream cheese / cool whip mix.
Refrigerate overnight.
