Pistachio and Cranberry White Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

1 # White Chocolate/almond bark

1/2 c shelled pistachios

1/2 cup craisins fresh not old pkg.

topping

1/2 c shelled pistachios

1/2 c craisins


Directions

Melt 1 # white almond bark [in double boiler, thick pot or microwave. Use medium low not high. Put parchment in 1/2 sheet pan. Mix Craisins and pistachios 1/2 c each into chocolate and dump onto parchment and spread thin. Need 1/2 sheet pan per batch. Use extra 1/2 c each to put on top to look pretty. Place in refrigerator to set. Dump onto cutting board and cut into 2 x 2" pieces and cut into triangles. ?Save the leftover pieces and we can re-melt. *** Each batch made about 8-9 servings for Week of Increase 2016 Pastor's baskets. Make in single batches and plan on 10 batches in case we mess up on one.
