Ingredients

1 small batch Pizza dough (see my other recipe)

1/2 tablespoon olive oil

6 tablespoon Spaghetti sauce

1 sprinkling Garlic powder

6 ounce Mozzarella

2 tablespoon Parmesan

Black pepper to taste

1/2 cup Sauteed toppings (onion, mushroon, or ?)

1/4 cup Cornmeal


Directions

Preheat oven and pizza stone to 500? for ? hour. Form dough into 12-inch round, onto pizza peel, or on the back of a cookie sheet, coated with ? c cornmeal. Spread oil over crust, then sauce, then garlic powder, cheeses, pepper, and toppings. Slide pizza onto pizza stone carefully. Cook 20 min or till cheese is browning and crust is also golden brown.
