Ingredients

6-8 medium Potatoes

1 small Onion

56 ounces Chicken broth

2 cups Water

dash Basil or celery salt

dash Pepper

dash Sugar

2 sticks Butter

3/4 cup Flour

1 1/2 cups Heavy cream or half/half

4-6 Strips Bacon Bits

2 cups Chedder / Mont. Jack Cheese Mix


Directions

Bake potatoes rubbed in salt. Large pot add: broth, onion salt, pepper, and water -simmer for 20 minutes In small pot melt butter and mix in flour - slowly add to broth Add heavy cream to thicken. Simmer 20 minutes. Add potato chunks, bring to temp (5 minutes) and serve Garnish: Bacon bits and cheese blend
