Pound Cake French Toast

Ingredients

butter or cooking spray

2 large Eggs

1 cup Milk

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

1 pound cake (Kirkland Signature) cut into 12 slices

1 cup Nutella

2 Bananas sliced

Maple syrup


Directions

Heat a griddle to medium high. Lightly coat with butter or cooking spray. In a shallow bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, cinnamon and vanilla; stir until well blended. Dip pound cake slices in the egg mixture. Cook on the hot griddle until golden brown. Warm the Nutella and drizzle over the french toast with a spoon. Top the french toast with banana slices and drizzle with maple syrup. Serve hot.
