Ingredients

8 scoops whey

3 cups rolled oats

1 package sugar free pudding

2 cups Skim milk


Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until a sticky batter is formed. Coat a shallow baking dish in cooking spray and spread the mixture out over the dish. 2. Place in the refrigerator overnight, cut into 8 equal bars once set.
