2/3 cup Vegetable oil
2 2/3 cups Sugar
4 Eggs
15 ounces Pumpkin
2/3 cup Water
3 1/3 cups All purpose flour
2 teaspoons Baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Ground cloves
1 cup Pecans coarsely chopped
The bread is great. I just made a few changes with the recipe. I substituted the oil in the recipe for plain yogurt. I also added oats instead of nuts only because I did t have any nuts. One thing I would definitely do different next time is to omit the cloves or at least reduce the amount f cloves in the recipe. I feel like all I can taste is cloves. It's too overpowering. .
Ksilv008I did chocolate chips instead of nuts and used olive oil. It's moist and soft bread when done as a large loaf, mini loaves were a bit drier
