Pumpkin Spiced Ravioli Dessert with Spiced Creme Anglaise

Ingredients

200 g of flour (plus extra for dusting)

2 eggs

Ground nutmeg

Ground cinnamon

Salt

400 g of peeled (seeded butternut squash seeded cut into inch thick dices.)

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

100 g of icing sugar

1 tablespoon of cream

1 cup of milk

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

¼ cup of caster sugar

4 egg yolks

2 cardamom pods

1 star anise

A pinch of nutmeg

a pinch of cinnamon

1 egg cracked in a bowl and beaten for egg wash
