Ingredients

6 Egg medium or large, preferrably large

3 dl Cream Regular fat, low fat ok as well but might make it more watery

1.5 dl Milk Whole milk, skimmed also ok but risks making it more watery

100 g shredded cheese

150 g Ham diced

1 Pie crust


Directions

If necessary, pre-cook the pie crust a bit to avoid it being soggy. This heavily depends on the pie dough and the oven. Lay the pie crust and spread the diced ham on top. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and cheese. Pour on top of the ham, cover and bake in the oven (45 mins at 180 degrees Celsius but check after 30 mins)
