Quick Tarragon-Mustard Chicken

Ingredients

4 whole Chicken breasts Skinless/Boneless

1 tablespoon Butter

4 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons Honey Liquid

1/2 teaspoon Tarragon dried


Directions

Combine Dijon, Honey, and Tarragon in a bowl. Saute chicken in butter for about 4 minutes per side. Top each chicken breast with a rounded teaspoon of dijon mixture. Cover and cook for about 4 to 6 minutes.

Very flavorful, summer-tasting chicken recipe. I used chicken tenderloins; I cut them in thirds, fried them in butter, then coated them in the honey mustard sauce. Delish!
