Weight Watchers vegetarian curry

1/2 tsp Salt
175 grams red lentils dried split
600 milliliters vegetable stock
100 milliliters low fat coconut milk
2 tbsp coriander choped
Absolutely delicious. Just made it and I love it! Will go perfectly with red rice. Tomorrow's lunch sorted.
