Ingredients

28 ounce Pinto beans drained and rinsed

1/2 cup Water

1 small Onion diced

2 cloves Garlic minced

1/2 tsp Chili powder

1/2 tsp Cumin

1/2 tsp Dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste


Directions

1. In a medium saucepan combine all the ingredients. 2. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. 3. Mash with a potato masher or back of a spoon. 4. Continue to cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until they reach desired consistency.
