Rhubarb Strawberry Jam

Ingredients

2 cups rhubarb chopped

1 lb Strwaberries hulled and chopped

3/4 cups Sugar

1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice

zest from lemon


Directions

Place fruit in sauce pan. Add remaining ingredients, stir. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer - for 45 minutes to an hour. cool before storing. Store in Fridge and use within 2 weeks.
