Ingredients

1 medium onion chopped finely

11/2 Cups Uncooked Rice

3 Tbsp Butter

21/2 Cups Chicken Stock

1/2 Cup Almonds Blanched & Shredded


Directions

Brown onion and rice in a skillet with butter. Put in a 2 Qt baking dish and cover with chicken stock. Add almonds and stir. Cover and bake at 375 until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
