This gravy is soooo delicious! I love how easy and uncomplicated it is. Perfect for people like me who just buy a turkey breast and not the whole turkey, or who just don't like giblets. I used the 1/4 cup of butter to make the roux, and instead of 2 cups of water I used 1 cup of turkey pan drippings with 1 cup of water. I saved all of the pan juices so I can make more later for the leftovers.

Added a spoonful of drippings after I had used the rendered fat &made it with 1/2 milk 1/2 water. It is the best gravy I've ever made. I'm not historically good at making gravy & this was perfect. I was worried it would be to thin while I was cooking it but I trusted the recipe and we all loved it

A little salt and pepper and it was perfect
