Ingredients

1 cup butter

2 cups sugar

1 (15 oz) container Ricotta Cheese

2 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda

4 cups flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Mix all ingredients together until dough sticks together in a ball. Drop spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-14 minutes, until edges turn golden brown. Cool. Frost. Decorate.
