Ricotta Garlic Herb Spread

Ingredients

2 tb Fresh thyme

2 ds Hot pepper sauce

4 Leaves fresh basil; torn

8 oz Ricotta cheese

2 Garlic minced


Directions

1. Combine all ingredients together in a small food processor. 2. Combine until smooth and well mixed. 3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Notes: use as a dip for raw veggies, on crackers as a bagel spread or even tossed with a bit of pasta and heated ! This is low cal and make a great change to regular light cream cheese.
