Ingredients

15 pound roast cut in half 4-5 pounds of meat each


Directions

Leave meat out of refrigerator for 1-2 hours before cooking. Wet meat; roll in salt and pepper, garlic salt until covered. Prehear oven to 550 degrees F. Turn down to 350 degrees F when meat is put in oven. Cook 30-35 minutes per pound. Stand for 5-10 minutes before cutting with electric knife. Slice thinly.
