Rosemary Citrus Tilapia with Baby Spinach Salad

Ingredients

2 cups or other salad green

1 chopped

1 tablespoon


Directions

Place the fish filet into an oven-proof baking dish. Top with olive oil, lemon, rosemary and capers. Sprinkle with a dash of salt and pepper, if desired. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes, or until fish is cooked throughout and flakes easily with a fork. Meanwhile, toss together salad greens, tomato and vinaigrette dressing. Serve with fresh lemon wedges.
