Ingredients

16 oz Pork tenderloin

16 cloves garlic slivered, Approx

Nonstick cooking spray

1 ts Dried rosemary crushed

salt and pepper to taste


Directions

Cut small slits in pork and insert garlic slivers. Place pork in small roasting pan and spray lightly with cooking spray. Rub surface of pork with rosemary. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Roast pork at 424 until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 160* (slightly pink), or 170* (well done), 20 to 30 minutes. love the crunchy outside, wouldn't change a thing, mayber add some chunks of onion to the pan.

Loved it! I like a crusty outside, but I imagine if you don't want it, then cover with some foil and cook.
