Ingredients

1843 grams Flour

270 grams Eggs

1440 grams Water

72 grams Salt

144 grams Sugar

360 grams Shortening

680 grams Sour Cream


Directions

Flour into very large bowl, whisk away any lumps. Dissolve salt and sugar into water on the stove. Mix eggs and sour cream together. Melt shortening. Combine all the ingredients while still warm/hot. Knead and mix well. Plastic wrap dough balls and freeze or refrigerate.
