Rum Punch (Hot)

Ingredients

2 Lemons; juice of

6 oz Caster sugar

1 ts Bitters

2 c Hot strong tea

1/2 Lime; rind of

2 tb Brandy

2 c Rum

submitted by: LeiG@aol.com Mix sugar, lime juice and rind in bowl. add hot strained tea and leave to draw, when cold, add rum and brandy. Add bitters, serve warm, keeping it over mild heat.
