Ingredients

1/2 lb salmon

Salt

Pepper

Olive oil

Lemon juice

Cilantro


Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lay out the salmon on a tinfoil-covered tray. Drizzle olive oil on it and rub it in. Use salt and pepper shakers to generously cover the fish. Pour a good amount of lemon juice on it. Dice the cilantro and spread it on the salmon. Cook the salmon at 350° for 18-20 minutes. Broil it for 5-10 minutes.
